Accueil très sympathique par notre serveuse, lieu visiblement ancien avec des affiches d'époque comme "la vache qui rit". Les plats servis étaient super bonds appréciés par nous quatre. Dommage, en ce moment les travaux devant la devanture cachent l'établissement. Malgré tout, pas de bruit perceptible à l'intérieur et quel plaisir : pas de télé ni de musique. On a pu papoter jusqu'à 16h30.
We ordered soup (which was very good) and snails, which were fine.
Then we ordered grilled rump steak (which was as tough as a shoe sole) and fish and chips (which was nothing special). Therefore, the experience was not satisfactory, when you would at least expect that a €20 steak would be decent. So based in my experience I do not recommend it, sorry.
We are from Brazil/Rio de Janeiro and frequent user of Claude’s restaurant. Being in Paris we decided to see his premises. Although the food was fine, the place doesn’t have any charm, a single person to assist the first floor, no air conditioning and, believe, no toilet paper in the female restroom. In other words, Carioca Claude doesn’t have the same standard in Paris….it is a pity
